The privately owned studios and apartments have been classed respecting the required standards with regard to the surface area and comfort.

They are all comfortably furnished with either a balcony or terrace and separated bathroom and toilet. The kitchenettes are equipped with an electric hob, small oven, fridge, electric coffee maker, some with a microwave and most of them with a dishwasher. Nearly all the apartments have a television. Every apartment has a ski locker.
