Here are the 12 most frequently asked questions in preparation for the rental of your apartment.
1.Reception opening times
During the season 7 days a week, Monday to Friday : from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 6pm. Saturday : from 8am to 7pm, Sunday : from 9am to 12 midday and from 1.30pm to 6pm.Out of season from Monday to Friday : from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 6pm.
2. Are bed linen and towels provided?
No but you can hire on arrival or reserve in advance, bed linen 7€/bed and towels (one bath and one hand towel) 4€/kit. Disposable undersheets provided on arrival. Tea towels not included.
3.May we hire a travel cot?
Yes, directly through our services and preferably in advance, 15€/week.
4.Is there a laundrette?
Yes, at Valmeinier 1800 only
5.Is there a television in the apartment?
Most apartments have a television otherwise it is possible to rent one price : 40€/week. There is a television plug in each apartment.
6. Do you accept animals?
Yes they are accepted without extra charge. NB. NOT ALL OWNERS ACCEPT ANIMALS IN THEIR APARTMENTS, it is imperative to inform us when you make your reservation.
7.Should we pay the holiday tax on our arrival?
No, it has been included in the rental of your apartment and is therefore already paid for, this is an extra service which has been integrated to speed up the formalities on your arrival.
8.How much is the deposit?
230€/apartment, by cheque or an imprint of your credit card will be taken. The cheque will be returned to you or the imprint destroyed following the control of your apartment and providing there have been no costs incurred.
9.Should we clean the apartment before our departure?
Yes, it is not included in the rental price, you should therefore leave it clean and in the same condition that you found it on your arrival. You can reserve the cleaning at reception within 48 hours of your arrival, the prices our :
studio/apartment 4 : 35€, Apartment 6 : 45€, Apartment 8/9 : 50€
10.Where can I park my car?
There is free, uncovered parking within reasonable distances of all the apartments.
11.We would like to have ski lessons, how do we book?

12.Is there a créche for children?
